Job Description:
Seeking a compassionate Lead Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities as per care plans, while demonstrating strong leadership qualities in support of management.

Essential Functions:
- Provide direct assistance to management as required.
- Assist residents with daily living activities according to care plans.
- Engage with residents in appropriate activities.
- Promote resident independence.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a caring and safe environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities.
- Support and motivate team members.
- Participate in on-call duties.
- Communicate effectively and address concerns.
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
- Assist with various daily care tasks.
- Monitor and record resident health and behavior.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident records.
- Supervise residents to ensure safety.
- Attend meetings and training sessions.
- Escort residents to medical appointments.
- Follow emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, Certifications, and Licensing:
- Ability to read regulations and patient records.
- Legible penmanship.
- Courteous and friendly communication.
- Basic computer skills.
Experience and Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of One-Year prior Caregiving experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to talk, hear, and have close vision.
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, use hands and fingers, and reach.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push a minimum of 200 pounds for a minimum distance of 200 feet.
Language, Mathematical, and Reasoning Skills:
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
